Candidates who qualify the written test will have to prepare for Physical Efficiency Test (Physical Efficiency Test) which will be conducted in January 2023. It is known that the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has conducted the Online Computer Based Test (CBT) across the country in connection with Group-D recruitments for 1,03,769 posts . Four years ago, an advertisement was released for filling 1,03,769 Group-D posts in 16 RRBs and more than one crore candidates applied. The Railway Department conducted the written examination in online mode from August 17 to October 11 in different stages. Along with the main key of the exam in October, the response sheet was released.
Selection in three stages
The selection process for Group-D posts is in three stages. The first is a computer-based test. It’s already done. This is followed by physical fitness tests. Candidates need to score above the cutoff marks to qualify for PET. After that there will be a medical examination and examination of certificates. Candidates who successfully pass these three stages will be selected for the jobs.
