The Indian Ministry of Defense, Government of India is seeking applications from eligible female / male candidates for the following posts in various categories for the 01/2023 Batch. Assistant Commandants in the Indian Coast Guard | Last Date: 28.02.2022.

 

Assistant Commandants (Group A Gazetted Officer)

Total Vacancies: 65

1) General Duty (Upper)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree with Intermediate in Mathematics and Physics with at least 60% marks.

Age:

• Must have been born between 01.07.1998 to 30.06.2002.

2) Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL – SSA) (Male / Female)

Eligibility:

• Must have passed Intermediate (Physics, Maths subjects with at least 55% marks) and a valid Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA.

Age:

• Must have been born between 01.07.1998 to 30.06.2004.

3) Technical (Mechanical)

Qualification:

• Engineering Degree in relevant subjects with at least 60% marks.

Age:

• Must have been born between 01.07.1998 to 30.06.2002.

 

4) Technical (Electrical / Electronics) (Mail)

Qualification:

• Engineering degree in relevant subjects with at least 60% marks.

Age:

• Must have been born between 01.07.1998 to 30.06.2002.

Selection Procedure:

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• The shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary examination and final test.

Preliminary test:

• Mental Ability Test / Cognitive Aptitude Test, Picture Perception and Discussion Test.
• The aptitude test is objective in English.
• Eligible candidates will be selected for the final selection process.
• This final selection will include a psychological test, a group task, and an interview (personality test).
