The Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India is seeking applications for admissions in the following Fellowship Program for the academic year 2021-2022. Ramalingaswamy Re-Entry Fellowship | Last Date: 30.01.2022.




Ramalingaswamy Re-Entry Fellowship ‌ 2021-2022

Duration of Fellowship: Five years.

Eligibility:

  • PhD / MD Degree / equivalent in Life Sciences / Agriculture, Bioinformatics / equivalent subjects.
  • Must have at least three years of postdoctoral research experience in overseas (foreign) research laboratories.
  • Scientists working in Life Sciences and Biotechnology, Bio-Engineering, Healthcare (Human, Animal), Agriculture, Veterinary Biotechnology, Bio-Energy, and related fields are eligible.

Age:

  • Must not exceed 45 years.

Fellowship Amount:

  • Rs. 1,00,000 / – per month. An additional Rs 18,500 per month is paid under HRA.
