Junior Assistant (Clerk cum Computer Operator)

Total Vacancies: 120

  • 120 (SC-08, ST-14, OBC-32, EWS-12, Unreserved-54)

Eligibility:

  • Intermediate (10 + 2) pass in any stream with at least 40% marks and Diploma Certificate in Computer Applications, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS XL with at least 6 months duration. Must be between 15.08.20 years.

Salaries:

  • Rs.26,600 / – per month 90,000 will be paid.

Selection Procedure:

  • The selection process will be conducted on the basis of the computer-based test.




Examination Procedure:

  • This examination is conducted for a total of 100% marks.
  • It consists of a total of 3 sections. It includes
  • 1) Questions on English Language and General Knowledge / Awareness, Oil India. 20% marks will be allotted for this.
  • 2) Reasoning, Arithmetic / Numerical and Mental Ability. 20% marks will be allotted for this.
  • 3) Domain / Related Technical Knowledge (Questions are based on relevant post qualifications).
  • 60% marks will be allotted for this.
  • The questions are in the form of Multiple Choice.
  • It has no negative marking.
  • The test is conducted in English and Assamese languages.
  • The exam time is two hours. 
  • The final selection will be based on the merit achieved in the written test.
