Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) will fill these posts through the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course in association with Manipal (Bangalore) and Nitte (Greater Noida) educational institutions.
The selected candidates will be trained at PGDBF for one year (6 months of classroom lessons, 2 months of internship, 4 months of on-the-job training) in the Banking and Finance department. Junior Assistant Manager (Grade-O): 600 Posts (UR- 243, SC- 90, ST- 45, EW- 60, OBC- 162)
Eligibility: Degree passed from any recognized university. Age should be between 21 to 25 years as of 31/08/2023. Maximum age relaxation is given to SC/STs by 5 years, OBCs by 3 years, and Divyangs by 10 years.
Selection Process: Online test will be conducted for eligible candidates. Merited candidates will be eligible for Personal Interviews. The final selection will be made based on merit, examination of certificates and medical examination.
Application Procedure: Candidates have to apply online. SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay Rs.200 and others Rs.1000.
Exam Centers in Telugu States: Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Cheerala, Chittoor, Eluru, Guntur, Kadapa, Kakinada, Kurnool, Nellore, Ongole, Rajahmundry, Srikakulam, Tirupati, Vijayanagar, Hyderabad, Karinnagar, Khammam, Warangal L.
Written Test: The test will be conducted for a total of 200 marks. It has four sections.. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis, Interpretation (60 Questions, 60 Marks), English Language (40 Questions, 40 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 Questions, 40 Marks), General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness (60 Questions, 60 Marks) Total 200 questions will come from the topics. The time will be two hours. There are credit marks in the exam. A deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrongly marked answer.
Training and Fee Details: Selected candidates will be admitted to the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course for one year. At that time candidates will have to pay Rs.3,00,000 as course fee. There is flexibility to pay the fee in installments as prescribed by the bank. IDBI Bank will also grant scholarships to eligible candidates. Candidates have to submit a three-year service bond while joining the course.
Salaries: Selected candidates will be paid Rs.5000 per month during the training period (6 months). 15 thousand per month will be paid during the internship (2 months). Those who have successfully completed the training and joined the job will get an annual salary of Rs.6.14 to Rs.6.50 lakh.
