- Maximum Age for Professor & Senior Professor: 66 Years
- Maximum Age for Additional, Associate Professor, Dy. Head Operations (Medical) & Manager: 55 Years
- Maximum Age for Assistant Professor (Clinical Hematology/Critical or Intensive care Medicine/(Surgical Hepatology) – PWD), Consultant Grade IV, Sr. Technical Executive (Radiotherapy), Technical Executive (Vascular Lab): 50 Years
- Maximum Age for Head Operations (Medical): 65 Years
- Maximum Age for Junior Engineer (Electrical & AC), Senior Resident, Resident Medical Officer, Assistant Manager Nurse (PWD): 45 Years
- Maximum Age for Physicist/ Jr. Resident (PWD): 40 Years
- Maximum Age for Junior Executive: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is Applicable as per the rules.
Fee:
- For Others: Rs. 590/- (Rs. 500/- + 18% GST)
- For SC/ ST: Rs. 118/-
