- MA English with First class at UG and PG Levels.
- Ph.D. (English) (preferable) and
- NET (Desirable)
Pay package:
- Rs.60,000/- PM (Consolidated pay) for Ph.D. holders.
- Rs.50,000/- PM (Consolidated pay) without PhD
