Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Pune, under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India, is seeking
applications for the following posts on a short-term basis.

1) Project Engineer-1: 04 (Electronics-02, Mechanical-02)
Eligibility:
- BE / BTech / BSc (Engineering) in relevant subjects.
- Must have two years of work experience in the relevant field.
Age: Not to exceed 28 years as on 01.03.2021.
2) Trainee Engineer: 02 (MBA Finance – 02)
Eligibility:
- Two years full-time MBA pass in Finance. There is no need to have experience.
Age: Not to exceed 25 years as on 01.03.2021.
Selection Procedure:
- The selection process will be conducted on the basis of academic marks, relevant experience, and interviews.
- This selection process is for a total of 100 marks. They have weightage as indicated below.
- For marks obtained in BE / BTech / BSc (Engineering) – 75 marks
- For past experience – 10 marks
- Interview (Video Based) -15 marks will be allotted.
