1) General Manager: 02

Departments:

  • Marketing, Finance.

Eligibility:

  • Must have MBA (Marketing), CA pass along with degree and ICSI certificate as per the respective section.
  • Must have experience in related work. Must be knowledgeable on relevant skills.

Age:

  • Not to exceed 54 years as on 30.04.2021.

2) Deputy General Manager: 05

Departments:

  • Environmental, Contract Management, F&A / Taxation, CSR, Civil.

Eligibility:

  • MBA, Engineering Degree, CA in various subjects along with the degree as per the respective section.
  • Must have experience in related work. Must be knowledgeable on relevant skills.

Age:

  • Must not exceed 45 years as on 30.04.2021.

3) Manager: 11

Departments:

  • Survey / GIS, Finance, Contract Admin, IT, Mining, Company Secretary.

Eligibility:

  • Degree / Diploma (Civil / Mining), BTech (IT), Mining Engineering, ICSI Certificate, CA / ICWA, MBA (Marketing / Finance) with Beacon as per the respective section.
  • Must have experience in related work. Must be knowledgeable on relevant skills.

Age:

  • Not to exceed 40 years as on 30.04.2021.
