Qualifications: Must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University. Height should not be less than 170 cm for male candidates and 157 cm for female candidates.
Age Limit: Should be between 18 to 23 years as of January 01, 2024. Candidates should not be born before 02-01-2001 and after 01-01-2006. There is a relaxation of five years for SC and ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates.
Salary Allowances: Pay between Rs.21,700-Rs.69,100.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Examination, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test, Medical Examination, and Verification of Certificates.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Jan-2024
CBE Exam Pattern: The question paper will be of 80 marks. Each question carries two marks. There will be questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi topics. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes. There is a system of negative marking.
