Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai can apply. A minimum of two years of work experience in the Life Insurance Industry or Finance Products Marketing Department will be preferred.
Age Limit: Should be between 21 to 30 years as of 01.01.2023. There is a relaxation of three years for OBCs and five years for SC and ST candidates.
Salary Allowances: Candidates selected as ADO will be paid a stipend of Rs.51,500 per month during their apprenticeship. Subsequently, as Probationary Development Officer the salary is Rs.35650-Rs.90205 per month. This is in addition to other allowances.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Online Tests (Preliminary/Main Examination), Interviews, and Pre-Recruitment Medical examinations.
Exam Pattern: Prelims will have 100 questions from Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, and English Language subjects. The exam time is one hour. In mains, 160 questions will be asked on subjects like Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability, GK, Current Affairs, English Language, Insurance, and Financial Marketing Awareness. The duration of the exam is two hours.
